When I started listening to this show, the thing that really hooked me was open lines. Unscreened talk radio.

It was awesome. It's too bad Noory doesn't go unscreened.

On an Art Bell open line night, you knew you were in store for anything, and anybody calling in with all sorts of weird stories, experiences, thoughts, etc. No 2 open line shows were the same.

So with that, here's "Classic Open lines" v. 1 It's a mix of the 4 host, but mostly Art, Knapp, and Punnett oriented.

Anyways, I've compiled some of the greatest calls our favorite Southern bumpkin has called in with: Gool Ole' Annie In Alabama (curiously, she went by the name "Luiza" one night... perhaps the screeners are getting wise to her... let's hope not!)

She's an elderly, delusional woman, with an absolute darling southern drawl and a brain like swiss cheese. Awesome combination. Here's "Best Of Annie In Alabama's" Debut CD
